Even when he's not under effect he's ok with that, and the tone of the manga is surely not dark enough to go the ''i'm doing something i can't control'' route. They found an excuse and dived right into this sickening plot of fucking 2 adults who apparently have a child's mind. And who, of all people? The guy who raised them and still adresses them as his kids. Keep reaching for excuses if you want, the story is right there to prove you wrong
