Yes to both. I mean in omegaverse male & female isn't considered. It's just if you are an alpha you get affected by the omega whether you're an female or male doesn't matter. Same with the omega.

This manga answered my question. I always wondered if the females were also part of the omegaverse. I knew that betas could be together with a woman but I was not sure if females also had the alpha and omega. But i still have some questions though.
1) If a male omega is in heat, does the females Alpha get affected by it as well? Or is it just Male Alphas?
2) Is it the same with Female omegas in heat? The male/Female alphas get affected by the heat?
