I don't believe "equal love" is possible. Heck, how many times do we seem moms who has several kids but spoils ONE more, has ONE favorite? In a marriage, the dynamics will never be equal. The most you can hope for is respect for all, but one will be loved more, one will suffer more, one will sacrifice more, one will be taken advantage of more .......human relationships are complex and humans are selfish, ultimately. Equal is a dream in polygamy. And usually, I assume there is silent sufferings and for it to work much compromise.

i personally don’t care about polygamy. i feel like there has to be a lot of trust, open communication, and equal love in order for it to work.
which i personally think is lacking in this one. in the beginning, i was happy because i thought ryuu was in love with koharu but then i felt like he loved madoka more than the others. which didn’t settle with me.
i’d even be fine if yuzu was the one he chose over the rest because i love the hell out of her. she’s so chill, acts rationally, and is pretty much the whole package but madoka? i don’t really like madoka because of her unnecessary hatred towards koharu. even til this day i STILL don’t get why she hates her so much. it’s not like koharu stole her man. YHE DUDE HAS THREE WIVES.
