I think Absolute Boyfriend, and like Boys over Flowers almost reached that territory?? I know in Boys over Flowers he was trying to actively have sex with the girl, so. Def not PG here. I even read a shoujo one shot where the girl used to be fat, then became skinny and wanted to give her virginity to the guy who turned her down before.
