I hope he really ran away this time, so that he can have his freedom.👍

Except that's clearly not what he really wants, he only even ran away because he overheard a snippet of a conversation and jumped to conclusions... Again. The same way he tried to leave SOLELY because he was hurt when he thought Dojin was just using him as his "muse". He loves Dojin, he loves Byul, he's just scared because of his parents' relationship. He doesn't want to be used.

I can understand your thinking, but I don't like how Dijon kind of wanted to use the baby to make him stay by his side. I just don't like such methods. For me it would've been better if there would've been a baby after they really started to date. And when both of them would've been ok with getting a baby.
I just hate to be cornered so much myself, so I don't like it when stories turn out like this.

Agreed, and I can appreciate Dojin's reasoning that he was desperate and didn't know what else to do to make Hyesung stay but that doesn't justify his actions either. Hyesung was right to remind Dojin of those words because I honestly believe that Hyesung wouldn't have left if he hadn't overheard when he went to check on the baby after the nurses took him away. He would have stayed for the home and money and security and he would have bonded with his baby giving these new young parents a chance to figure things out together...sometimes in desperation we can take things too far by saying and doing things we dont really mean and it will almost always make things worse.

He gave Hyesung the choice to have the baby and when Hyesung agreed to he decided he'd take the 5 month pregnancy term to woo Hyesung.

Dojin was planning to convince him more to keep Byul, but he never had to because Hyesung saw the profit and chose to keep Byul himself.

The baby wasn't forced on Hyesung and the pregnancy was only "used" in the sense that Hyesung made it a condition that Dojin would have to take care of everything and wait on him hand and foot for the duration, thereby allowing them to be close for a long period of time and giving Dojin opportunities to woo Hyesung. It wasn't "Byul" he was using, it was the time together. He genuinely wanted Byul to be born as evidenced the ENTIRE pregnancy and after.
