I've thought this too. We saw her cheating after Sangwoo was born, but that doesn't mean it isn't possible that she had a child/man prior to Sangwoo and his father/cheated before. And the resemblance between Bum and her is enough for me to be suspicious. Bum's mom wasn't around and I think it's kinda weird how we went through his history but we've never seen her. All we know is that the Uncle said she looks a lot like Bum. I'm just saying the author made a lot of the connections if she were going to go with this twist
