What's the title??

I read this before (this year I think) and I forgot the title but I remember bits and pieces of it.

So, the story is about this seme tries to get uke to fall for him and I'm don't remember if they set a time limit or what but on this "last" day (I think) uke wanted to confess and he couldn't because the seme got into an accident and died. The uke was so sad and he regretted not saying it earlier and he "suicide(?)" I think or just accidentally fell from a high place (maybe the bridge) and that somehow turns back time to before the seme dies and the uke was confused as fuck and was like "wtf just happened" but he was thinking, "maybe I can confess to him now!" And found him, told him he loves the seme and lived their day until the "accident" day where seme fucking dies again. Tragic I know and uke jumps off a high place and redo this again and again and fucking seme doesn't listen to uke and DIES AGAIN WTF RIGHT?? And well, some fairy/angel/god idfk said maybe this all happens because of you?? Lol idk what they said but uke decided he will cut himself out of seme's life from when he's a baby and well, years later, when the day they supposedly met, uke kept thinking of him and he bumped into the seme except he fucking dont remember him and uke tries to get the hell away for him for his damn safety but accidentally called out the seme's name and he was like how tf you know my name?

I don't remember the rest but in the end, they end up together. Can anyone tell me the title? Thanks in advance
