I saw the reply to a fan that season 2 will end on chapter 43? and yeah fargo did not mention about season 3 but who knows maybe fargo will patch up everything in season 2
Just my prediction: Dojin will leave the country w/ Byul Hyesung will return to Dojin's house then Heeso will tell him they already left -see you in season 3- lol
