I don't feel like he's really helping either of them. It feels like he's only helping Jin for his own benefit at best.
I don't really feel like he wants to punish them, though. It sounded like this time he wanted it to go differently than all the other times, which definitely did not end well for most of Hana's family. But his motives are too suspicious for me to fully trust him.
And I'm really hoping that it doesn't turn out like most of these stories seem to, that you have to trust the least trustworthy person in order to cancel out the curse and if you don't, YOU'RE (general you) the one at fault.

I was always wondering about that with Lee! Since he's the tiger, he probably wants the family line to continuously be punished, as he was the one to originally curse them??
