Well why wouldn't they stay Loyal? I mean when you think about it, Tanaka is the only person who has known them since they were children so I think he's the only one who would be loyal to the actual successor while everyone else was taken in by our Ciel.

I'm sorry but I'm so confused. Are you saying "who knows? What about Lizzy?" If you are then she was betrothed to actual Ciel and the fact that she couldn't tell he was our Ciel, makes her feel guilty. I think she's gonna change sides though, only because I believe in her to make the right choice.
No, I was just saying that thanks to all that confusion with Lizzy/r!Ciel and so on I was prepared for anything even for them turning their back on o!Ciel because he has lied to them (but I was luckily proven wrong).
