I don't get your first reasoning ? "he didn't judge you for being gay ..." well of course he didn't as being gay isn't something wrong or something you should be judged for. But being HEARTLESS and a player is wrong and something to be judged about, many people would be turned off by knowing their partner used to be that kind of person so it's normal that Toudou was more scared of the person he loves knowing this than knowing his sexuality.
Friends ? Toudou was shown to not have many friends, Nanami ? We saw how much he liked drama. Internet advice ? Hah no, they're really rarely good, seriously.
Of course he was wrong about not opening up, and of course he should have believed in his lover's feelings, but it's a human thing to do to let your insecurities get the better of you (unfortunately) and to not want your lover to see your worst sides. I can't totally blame him as it's really ... human.

You are totally right, my bad. Given that he was meticulous with having a relationship with the uke in the prequel like never wanting sex and all until he agreed to become his boyfriend, I would have thought that he should have took advice with the owner of the bar on how to treasure someone and how it goes from now on esp that the uke is new to all of this. He cant just expect the uke to be all understanding right?, given how the uke already knew he was with a lot of men already.

Oh I agree with you on that. He should have. But since the prequel I just accepted the fact that Toudou is emotionaly stuck and has huge trouble communicating, like seriously the person he talks to the most is himself haha. We see him lost in his own thoughts more than we see talking to anyone.
At least he understood that he was the only one to blame in this whole mess. He's lucky to have Kirishima and shouldn't take him for granted (I don't think he does, on the contrary) but he does think that Kirishima thinks the same way as him and can read his thoughts sometimes.
The seme is kind of pathetic. Did he really think that the uke is close minded that he would hate him for that, bitch he knew you were gay and didn't judged you for it and even became friends with you. If you don't know how relationship works then ask for advices from friends and even the internet have many things to say for how to handle relationships, instead he let his own insecurities get the better of him and made the uke miserable. What a disappointment. Even I wouldn't easily let it slide and he has to make up for it. It seems from all the years he was with the uke he still didn't see all the sides of the uke. *sighs* oh well ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
