About CS - I like Karino too, he's intelligent as hell and has real charisma, and he's a good king of his class, too. Also, I don't think he's a sociopath (as someone says), especially in this manga where is a "megane" guy (sorry, I forgot his name), he's an uke called a "bunny" by his bf, and this "megane" guy tried to kill a girl using a pencil, so I believe he's much more fucked up than Karino.

We only know what Aoi wrote - that she had seen a cat dying, but I don' believe in anything Aoi told this far, I mean I absolutely don't believe in the story she told about how she rescued smol Abeno from a yokai. Also, I believe that all of them: Legislator, Judge and Executie know the truth about Abneo and they only pretended to believe this Aoi's story. There's too much "off" in her words, I told it before - why doesn't smol Abeno miss anyone from the Mundane world, he's just a kid, which kid wouldn't be all crying and missing his parents or his folks? There's definitely something "off" with all this situation with smol Abeno and Aoi, unless Abeno is an orphan.
So, maybe Sakae isn't dead at all... Also, why is he showing (while possesing his "son", Hanae) as a kid who's wearing a school unform? In the moment of his "death", he should be in his 30-ties, so why is she showing as a teenage kid...? Also, no one confirmed he's Sakae and I think he's not the real Sakae at all...
And that's the beauty of FukiMono - no one knows what will happen in the future chapters, lol! There's no other way than to wait... BUT! There's a really good news, the anime' time is closer & closer <3

P.S. I have a theory about who really is this blonde guy in school uniform who posessed Hanae and who was shown by Yahiko. I believe this is not Sakae, but this is boy with Aoi in cat's form in his arms from the "ghostly" photo. Father of this boy gave Zenko's dad this photo saying that his son died in some accident, and I believe his son is this blonde guy who posessed Hanae while he tried to strangle Abeno. He died as the teenager and that's why he's showing in the school uniform. That's why he was confused ("!") when Abeno called him by Sakae's name - because he's not Sakae at all. So, the real Sakae could be someone else.

I feel like Karino doesn't care about anything but Azusa so I don't think he's an actual good king -maybe-

I found this "Sakae" demon (ghost?) in a school uniform one of he strangest part of the whole FukiMono mystery. If he was dead while being an adult man, what's he doing in the school uniform? That's why I think it's not Sakae at all, I believe he can be this boy from the photo although I messed up a bit with the events bc I didn't have the proper translation back then. While I still hadn't had the English translation, I understood that the boy from the photo died from some accident, but it was his father who was dead. Although I still believe this boy can be the same person as blonde in the school uniform, I simply don't believe he is Sakae.
I think that anime won't show us more than we know from the manga, but from what I've seen on the trailer, it's really beautifully done, in my opinion the art is more close to the manga art, also I really want to see on the anime what I've read in the manga, sooo... simply can't wait to watch it^^

mmmmm for the 'the kid in the pic is Sakae' theory: that pic is 20 years old and that kid is like 8 so *nowadays* Sakae would be 28, and since he ''died/disappeared'' when Ashiya was a little kid -let's say he was 6 years old- Sakae'd be around 19 when disappearing which means he had Ashiya while being way too young so that theory is not really dependable
What we know for sure is that that kid is connected with the spirit world and -if he's alive- he must to be 20something soooo I really want them to find him and talk to him!!

If he's dead, he can be this blonde ghost in the school uniform. But if he were dead, I believe Zenko would told about it. Hmm... I went back to the chapter where Yahiko transformed into "Sakae" and this "Sakae" had black hair while the ghost who posessed Hanae had blonde hair, although both of them (Yahiko's "Sakae" and the blonde ghost) were wearing school uniforms. So, they were probably in the same age, but why one of them was blonde and the second one had black hair? Did he just dyed his hair? Or are these two boys totally different people?

Well, when I started to read FukiMono I didn't even imagine how interesting this story will bacame and how great this mangaka can be in creating and developing not only the MC, but the background characters either... I started to read this manga simply to kill some time and I don't even know when I became a big fan of this story!

I'm a big fan of horror stories, from E.A. Poe's to Stephen King's novels and movies of course, so I love horror mangas too, but I didn't read many of them (I like some stories by Junji Ito and movies based on them). And Monster House is on my "must watch" list now... I find the stories about ghostly houses one of the most interesting ideas for horrors (ex aequo with stories about possession/demons).

Ohhh, I love Corpse Bride, it's one of my favourite from Tim Burton, such a great story! And the animation of this movie is wonderful, too! Honestly, the only one I don't like from Burton's movies is Frankenweenie, I was in a really depressive mood after seeing this although I love the original story about Frankenstein.

And I watched Monster House today, yay! It was creepy as hell, but also touching story (the house's owner & his wife story). This house was so creepy, especially at the end of the movie... Whoa! I felt Sephen King's and Grimms brothers's vibes - and I like a combo like this the most <3

Yup. I believe that there is a really tiny chance that Aoi is Hanae's mom, but it's always some possiblity that exists... And I have this thought: what if Aoi was punished for working with a human (Sakae) while she didn't report this fact to the Legislator? So, what if Aoi was punished in such a way that she had to live as a mere human (as Hanae's mom). I know it's very unlikely, but I still remember how surprised Abeno was when he saw Hanae's mom at the hospital. Maybe he remembered Aoi as a young woman and while Aoi was living in the mundane world she had to get older as a mere human, so she was looked kinda different than in the times when Abeno saw her as Aoi for the last time. But she still resembled Aoi (she's just older). And of course she would had brainwashed as well, so she wouldn't remember her living as a demon. Hmm...

I believe you're right, it's really unlikely for Hanae's mom to be Aoi according to my theory, and now I wonder who of these two is connected to Aoi by blood ties (if there are blood ties of course): Hanae's mom or Sakae. If Hanae is so similar to Aoi, Hanae should be bounded by blood ties with Aoi, so one of his parents should share blood ties with Aoi.

And yesterday I watched the 3 episode of anime, I didn't think Egen-san is a woman, that really surprised me. And I must say that the music side of the 2nd season is simply amazing for me!
