If you completely ignored the obviously striking art and took this plot at face value, it's about a psychopath who murders someone who witnesses him either burying/ unearthing a body he's desecrated, keeps them hostage, rapes their now dead but fully aware body to curve his sick mind and desires, and then relies on his childish tendencies of manic emotion in order to manipulate and gain the affection of their victim with a broken past of his own, who will in fact eventually develop feelings for a real monster who turned him into a monster. but hey the arts pretty.
