I was thinking about that too, especially since people questioned at one point if Nayeon is also mix blood like Noah
Yes I ship Noah with Dohye but I also think it's really weird that Noah seems to be attracted to Nayeon because she looks like his mother. I think he had real feelings for Dohye but with Nayeon, he was trying to somehow feel his mother's love and then it turned sexual. This isn't healthy.
