A plot twist?

What if in the end it turns out that Nayeon and Noah are somehow related.Mostly because Nayeon looks like Noah's mother and in previous chapters someone asked Nayeon if she is mixed race because she looks different like Noah does.
She said both her parents are Korean but what if she's adopted?
Noah's biological mother was French right?
That would be an interesting plot twist.
