every omegaverse world differs from artist to artist. theres not really a 'normal' omegaverse universe, the only thing thats the same throughout would be abo.

As they explained, death is a probability, not a certainty. Nobody really knows for sure what happens - the only thing that's sure is the monogamous aspect of sex, and that's something that happens to omegas across universes. But the caring thing is not unilateral - it has to happen both ways, and I'm sure it's not the only factor, because otherwise people would either bond all the time (and they said it was rare), or they wouldn't care about anyone ever.
