haha, but i feel author-san and the HS couple's pain. I DONT KNOW WHAT I'D CHOOSE EITHER. I think they should both try it at least once ? T_T i don't want anyone to have regrets ... im feeling that "why not both" comment.

I hardly find yoais with versatile guys (feel free to reccommend some)

Here is a manhua with a couple where both don't have problems with switching. It's been a while since I read it, but I think there was only one yaoi scene. I remember they both stated to be willing to switch up next time lol
