Do you mean he literally said that in Japanese? Because the way I read it he's more or less saying sexuality attraction can change over time (as it was for him). He's not being offensive, he's being very inclusive.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_fluidity
Sexuality may be fluid but yaoi always implies that people turn gay and that's what I'm addressing. For once I would like a yaoi to not say "I'm only gay for you" or "but I'm straight" and just say "Oh I guess I can be attracted to girls and guys"
Sexuality can indeed be fluid but it can also be stiff. Not everyone is pan or whatever. A lot of people are just straight or just gay and you can't just change. I don't care what your Wikipedia article says, in what world is it okay to say "you just haven't met the right woman"
hello there! i don't know where you're from so i apologise if I'm just assuming things but in countries of asia ppl are still very foreign to topics of homosexuality. that's why if you're looking for actual lgbt rep in manga these bl mangas won't do it. (pls read shimanami tasogare for it!! It's amazing!!!) aside from that tbh if you can understand jpn the actual text is quite different. it's hard to say it in eng but he's describing the woman thing as a possibility. like you know how some ppl think they're gay but later realise they're bi? It's smth like that. i hope it clears up things. but i agree with you, i too want more real lgbt rep in manga. let's hope ppl in asia will get more updated in these topics and make better rep in entertainment industry!!
Again, I'm asking if Satoshi said that in Japanese, in a lost in translation kind of thing, because what he literally said was, "There's the POSSIBILITY of meeting a special woman who will make you overcome your sexuality." Because that's exactly what happened to him so why would he discount that possibility for others? You're making a mountain out of a molehill, considering the actual context of this entire scene hinges on Satoshi HOPING Keita won't meet a woman. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
tl;dr: You're misreading the text.
There's nothing in the manga (well, with the 4 chapters translated) that supports Satoshi is bi. The only textual evidence of his orientation can be found here: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/neko_x_neko/mrk/m_chapter-1/32/
I'm pretty sensitive to bisexual representation in any forms of media (because even western media can be an ass about saying the word), but one of my pet peeves with BL in particular is people directly tagging works where a guy that was initially straight, or shown to have dated a girl, as bisexual, when the character themselves didn't label themselves as such (no explicit saying of "don't care about gender"/'I'm bi").
Like you said, not everyone is bi or pan. Who are we to assume when we've only read a slice of their life? Sexual orientation isn't an exit-only door when you've picked one door to open. Your dating history doesn't reflect your sexuality either. People are allowed to change into the label they're comfortable with (no one does it on a whim either, it's all mixed in with a lot of confusion and soul-searching), and no one else have a say on the matter except the person themselves.
tl;dr: He didn't say he was bi.

Okay, loving the compromise and the consent with this one but my one beef with it is

????????????????????????????????????????
He literally just said "you haven't met the right woman yet"
Does Japan seriously think this is how homosexuality works? No one can "turn" gay or straight no matter who they meet, black haired guy was just bi.
