Looking for a manga...

Hello! I'm looking for a certain manga and would love some help finding it! It's a yaoi/shounen-ai about a guy who finds a boy crying and takes him back home. The guy ends up finding out the boy was crying because of a broken heart. The boy who is in high school ends up falling in love with the guy. He even gives him chocolate. I remember the guy worried about having an old man smell.
