Sister and brothers, I guess
Those tree people on the couch are Dojin's 2nd elder brother, his wife and their younger son. On a chair to their right is their elder son.
On the other couch are Dojin's parents. In chairs are his 1st elder brother and 1st elder sister.
I still don’t know how the three people on the couch are related to dojin
