The granpa's story sure is sad, but I'm sorry, I still found him annoying. Because of his regrets he was all over poor guy and that made Haruhito sad and anxious. He knew he was making his grandson anxious and still kept his play. I know I'm being too butthurt, but cannot just let it slip.

Also, why did he make Haruhito wait 10 years? Geez. It's all cute, but this little things annoyed me =_=

    I agree. It really wasn't fair to either Masaki or Haruhito. Though, without the grandfather's interference, Haruhito would not have been as bold and Masaki would not have recognized his feelings. Having the grandfather butt in in the extra was a little too much for me. At that point, he is simply a hindrance and not helping at all anymore. I tolerated his interference in the main body of the story because he was a help, to some extent. After that, he is just a creepy, selfish old man.
