actually i think the reason theyre that short is to show off the spandex she wears underneath, like tomo from tomo wa onnanoko where her reason is that its easy to fight and move in a short skirt + spandex combo
I understand that she wears some kinda shorts that go to midthigh, but still, what's with that tiny skirt?? It's really annoying that every mangaka insists on unrealistically short skirts that would never go through any inspection, even in a school with the most flexible rules.
