Not to rehash this argument for the 1,000,000th time, but Alex wasn't a dick to everyone around him. He was smiley and polite to everyone we've seen. He had an attitude to DG, but some of us think that the attitude was justified. He didn't bully DG, he just did not reciprocate his desire to take the relationship beyond sex (neither romance not social). Perhaps he was harsh, but people like DG never cool down unless you make clear that you're not interested in more. There's a difference between being cold and indifferent to someone and being impolite.
I agree with the point that Jiwoon simply didn't want to take anything further and he's not accountable for what DG himself wanted from their relationship, but even if we take into account only the sex, Jiwoon was extremely selfish. It took DG months (and a couple of near-rape situations) to feel comfortable to even voice ONE of his sex fantasies to someone who, supposedly, he had a strict sexual connection with. Jiwoon didn't want to have a personal nor a sex relation with DG, what he wanted was a sex doll - someone without feelings and desires of their own, who only existed to please and admire him. This, to me, was what made Jiwoon an asshole (also I am of opinion that, when you are aware about the other part's feelings for you, it's a very dick move to maintain an intimate relationship with them, since you are also aware you won't reciprocate them and, thus, would only be using that person BUT this is a personal opinion. Many say you don't own anyone that consideration when you've made clear from the start your stand. Both are good claims so ╮(￣▽￣)╭)
I can get on board with the argument that he was sexually selfish, for sure.

It's not like no one ever suffered heartbreak and family issues
That doesn't explain being a dick to everyone around you ....
