What the fuck

This last chapter royally pissed me off. All he did was complain and be selfish got what he wanted in the end and still won’t even compromise in letting his partner have an opportunity to top. A partner who conceded like an actual mature person. Seriously megan-kun was such a dick about their first time. I would have actually been so much happier if he’d bottomed and realized he can still pleasure his partner and then switched because of course he would let Hidaka try topping.

Plus his side comment of how he was such a great bottom and should stay that way was honestly patronizing and insulting. I know that was suppose to be “endearing” but god uke/seme dynamics can be so toxic when taken out the confines of their fictional narrative.

And of course I get downvoted because I point out the faults of a character but to each their own

I couldn't agree more with everything you said. Hidaka is selfish and inconsiderate. He didn't have the experience either, but he didn't wanna budge because of some sort of "macho" crap or whatever, like being called "cute" is insulting (but not when he calls Yoshimi that). Yoshimi, as Aki said, was being fair and way more mature that him. He didn't say "no" to bottoming, but he also wanted to have the chance to be the one om top, which is perfectly understandable and something he should be allowed experience. Now that possibility is dismissed by telling him that he has potential as a bottom (?????). What? He has never topped, how can he know if he has the ability to top too? Reversible couples are healthy, you know.

In Aki's case it's different because he prefers it that way. But Yoshimi has no way to know what he likes the most, and Hidaka won't let him have a choice.

Same lol, i’m someone who actually doesn’t like seke couples, but I thought it was extremely unfair. After hidaka topped once, he should have given yoshimi the opportunity to top.
