by the looks of it this manwha as adult settings on it, so probably has no sexual harassment masked as a joke.
This plot is very predatory so I have to wonder if the author is going to be faithful to how the actual sex A.V. industry works especially in regards to gay content. The gay for pay that is straight men having gay sex only for monetary gain. Plus the misuse of power demonstrated by many studios where directors often are sexually inappropriate with models (watch King Cobra by James Franco). I’m gathering that Glen has no problem misusing his power, preying on models he deems attractive and reverting back to own time as a model as an excuse to sleep with his person of interest essentially forcing them into agreement as a guise of work related convenience or simply an unworded threat of unemployment if not compliant. It is not customary of the founder of the company to have sex with a specific model of their choosing, however this does happen on occasion depending on desires made known from their patrons in requesting specific models performs together. Of course because this is yaoi this might be completely ignored and praised simply for its multitude of sex scenes and somewhat interesting plot though.
