It's probably the only yaoi where such a scene setting, isn't just some manky smut, but conveyed the desperation and care each character felt for one another. Diesel was told to leave Ein, stabbed and bleeding knowing he was helpless to aid him. The reunion portrayed the emotiveness they would have realistically felt well, no melodrama, and showing Diesel slinking away, living up to his "ghost" moniker which seems like it will play importance in the future.

Well, it's a hospital restroom so it's probably as clean as you could wish for ╮(￣▽￣)╭
The cleanliness factor isn't just what usually makes such scenes grubby. They are usually just used for "hit it and quit it' scenes, rather than as many have pointed out showing the emotional connection, the sensuality and a different context which actually meant something a bit more substantial than "sees qt at a train station, has a quickie in the public toilets repeat" that was the substance for other mangas ha.
You're right there and I also think that the author did an amazing job using such a crude spot and still being able to fill the scene with so many facets of emotion and mood!
i don't like bathroom sex it's always feel dirty and uncomfortable to read ..
and it looks like they didn't go all the way too but .. man
i loved this scene way too much i really didn't want it to end .. how could they be so soft and warm like this just in a bathroom ..
