I agree im also gonna wait for some proof of this activity as well. I hope hes wrong but im not believing his right either. For all we know he might like the blonde and be trying to scare off someond whos a potiental lover.

Wait but the dude literally tried to force himself on his classmate when he thought he was pretending not to be Seunghee, so we've already seen him do stuff that incriminates him. He only really stopped when the brown haired mc threatened him by fcking up his car.

As much as I want to agree with a lot of folks here, but frankly we haven't seen any evidence of criminal behavior from the blond guy. Not that I would wait until something bad happened, but Seunghee has only been looking for someone to connect to. Remember that creep from chapter 1? Those types of people are the ones whom Seunghee has seen the most, so much so that he learned martial arts to protect himself.
More importantly in every scene, the manager has been assuming Seunghee is straight and is simply being played. Maybe being played is a correct assumption, but I spotted the phrase "find a girl" and I immediately knew that Seunghee isn't going to listen to the manager. From Seunghee's standpoint, the manager is trying to take away one of the few people who he trusts and spoken secrets to. Someone who claims to identify with him on an intimate level.
EDIT: Nevermind, blondie pushed down a complete stranger on his first visit to the school. Not to mention it wasn't Seunghee.
