Dude, even if he had feelings for him, now it'd be impossible to know if Seunghee had sincere feelings for him, because he was groomed. If the blond guy really had feelings for him, you know what he'd do? He'd leave him the fuck alone, and come back when Seugnhee is 19+. This is how you show you have true feelings for someone - by acknowledging their mental vulnerability and avoiding manipulating it. But this guy knows minor are vulnerable and he specifically is looking for that in them.
