I agree with you. It is obvious that he is a pedophile. I don't want to know about the real concepts about pedophilia or ephebophilia (I've never heard of it, but okay), he sent this photo. He followed the boy. He harassed seungtaek thinking he was seunghee. No excuses, man. Evidence does not lie ╮(￣▽￣)╭

That's all evidence that he is a stalker and sexual harasser and this isn't a matter of opinion. He factually isn't a pedophile, pedophile doesn't mean "creepy guy". Seungtaek was 15 or 16 when he got the photo, that simply isn't the age demographic of pedophiles.

If u read the chapter again, u will see the photo was sent to a middle schooler (11 to 13 years i think)

Middle school in Korea is american years 7-9. He was a 3rd year, so a high school freshman in american terms. 15-16.
