Ive read the 1st chap but I forgot abt it. I want to ask, it really doesnt have the shounen ai tag? I saw that this is in most LGBTQ lists so I just want to confirm.

I would say it should have the tag, but at the same time I understand why it is missing. For the gay character(s) it is an unrequited love and it will most likely stay like that.
I still cross my fingers for them.

Whatever, read it, the series is amazing for breaking down stereotypes.

I guess that's because while the series features LG/B characters, it doesn't actually fall into the genre of shounen-ai/BL. It was published in Shonen Jump kind of like how Shimanami Tasogare even more explicitly follows LGBT+ people but is classified as Seinen because of the magazine it was published in (Hibana).

Those tags are probably relate to from which magazine it is published, there are some not even lgbt concept or not much interaction between the male lead shounen ai which sometimes end up het ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
