If you reread the chapters before, you will notice that they have never called each other 'emperor' and 'empress' the whole time... I'm pretty sure it's acting so they can catch the idiot (you know whom I'm talking about) behind this plot quickly.
i hope the emperor n his empress just acting.... pls make them together till the end of their reign
