I keep wondering the same thing every time I see him.

I think his intelligence score is high or something like that

I remember he ranked low on the midterm exams and googled it. Found this. https://anime.stackexchange.com/questions/40612/how-did-mineta-minoru-get-into-ua

The author defended him but I still feels he's weak and he's always scared. Considering how brave everyone else is and trying their best to be heroes and save people, Mineta is just...not hero material. You can argue he's scared but still tries his best...but considering how tough UA is I'm sure there were others who are better.

There are more Class B students deserving to be at A Class

Class A and B was never meant to be a ranking , they are both hero classes and equal in strength

there's no hierarchy between a and b... it only happens that there are two sections,, remember, there are also students who got in tru recommendations like yaoyoruzu and todoroki in class b

I actually think his powers are very useful in comparison to someone like ojiro. Mineta isn't brave, but he is sneaky which would come in handy to make traps. Whatever you would like to think of his person, he has shown cleverness and usefulness with his quirk

That Can't be right because the dude with the brainwashing quirk is trying to get into the hero course i.e. Class A...he is already in class B

Hmm I don't know. Because she's invisible she would have been able to get around the machines but I don't know how she could have taken them down. I don't mind her as much as Mineto though. She's getting better and she has helped by being stealthy and getting her parts done. And she doesn't shy away from a challenge. At first, I felt Mineto and Aoyama were just for comic relief but even Aoyama is developing which I love. I hope to see all the heroes develop more. The author does a good job of trying to show how even the side characters are trying hard and have their own strengths. Not everyone has to be a major fighter.

Invisible girl is probably the traitor....Her entire presence in Class 1A is questionnable ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

He's in not in Class B. He's in the general department...( there's the hero course consisting of both classes 1A and 1B, the general department, and the assistants department). So he's aiming to transfer from GD to the hero course and that could be either Class A or B. That's why he has to fight once with class A and once with Class B

Ah I get it now. I thought there was only class a and b and the business/marketing class

If you think there are no hierarchy between classes. How come some heroes in class B and class C feels inferior to class A? and most students look up to A class. I can sense that thing throughout the story

Class C is not hero course so maybe they didn’t get in with Class B they are just complaining that Class A got more attention and they have more fighting experience.. but the teachers didn’t say let’s put the stronger ones in class A und the rest in Class B

Yes, but my point is, as a reader, I can feel the sense of inferiority between the divided classes. Even though the actual hierarchy in classes is not implemented in UA, Students and even civilians (outside the campus) have the notion that being in Class A makes you look stronger than other classes.
