People overuse and misuse words a lot. Had a co-worker in his 40s who was dating a 20 year old and a lot of the other workers called him a pedophile (not to his face, coz they were old nags who were all nice around him and then stabbed him in the back). I got the shits with them for the incorrect accusation and how unfair they were treating him. (That and I was the same age as this girl at the time and felt insulted a bunch of old nags didn’t consider 20 year olds capable of making up their own minds) Will admit, back then I considered pedophile was a adult preying on anyone under the age of consent (my country that’s 16) Older and wiser now.... well older and not as stupid anyway.
Grabbing a boob without permission is considered sexual assault. Acting sexual intercourse is rape.

The reason i, and others, are specifying what pedophilia is is because it's annoying when people throw around heavy words incorrectly. He is a "predator", not a "pedophile". All pedophiles are predators, not all predators are pedophiles. It annoys me in the same way it annoys me when people try to say that everything is rape. Rape and pedophilia are two horrible, but SPECIFIC things that don't need watered down by people just... Including things in them. Preying on children age 13- is worse than propositioning young adults with brains developed enough to reject you. Both are bad, one is worse. Grabbing a boob isn't rape, forced penetration is rape. Can you see how false comparisons might be annoying and insensitive? Do you find it appropriate for a woman who'd had her boob grabbed to compare her experience to a rape victim held down and brutally penetrated against their will? Do you find it appropriate to compare a man flirting with teenagers to a pedophile leading an unknowing child into some bushes? If so, the problem lies in your thinking.
