Lezhin doesn't censor. Actually there is a lot of uncensored. One of the few webtoon sites to do that. You will get quite a few on Mangago from Lehzin. But Tied up Twins was mostly Shounen Ai not Yaoi.

Yeah, I meant the sites where they are originally posted. I don't know If y'all remember but there was a group translating these, and they posted the uncensored version which had explicit sex in it... I just don't remember how or why it's not here anymore.
