Exactly. I hope Tomaru gets fucked up, Sadao's family dies horribly and Sadao forgets everyone and gets taken away by a new love, Tomaru chases after him and Sadao's new love beats Tomaru nearly to death without Sadao knowing. That's the only way this will have a happy ending.

God after reading the second chapter. This is honestly depressing as hell. Sadao deserves better than his family horrible for lying to him along with the rest of that fucked upped village when he brought to that village.I hate Tomaru because he’s one of those fake personality characters plus the pride he takes in his family’s work is sick. But what his ancestor did to Sadao’s family and that fact that there’s even a handbook and the willing acceptance of its continued practice is some superstitious country bumpkin bullshit that is disgusting and disguising itself as tradition. they should be ashamed of not proud of something so horrible they’ve likely cursed themselves but continue the curse rather than find a way to break it. Seriously the plot makes me so mad but it’s presenting itself as fluffy. What the fuck author
