When u r in love nothing matter anymore, at least we all know they didn’t go all the way because Haru want to wait and make triple sure this relationship is what Ren truly want. Haru already know what he really want, he want to be lover with Ren but if that not possible then he want to stay as brother/family. I don't understand why you're so against this. Their love make sense. They care for each other and understand each other more than anyone.
