Where is it dragging out or stalling? The pace is as it has always been. Or, heck, I'd say it's even speeding things up a bit lately!
I find this pacing to be very nice actually, especially the heavy introspective aspect of it. as far as I can tell the author has been pretty steady with the pacing and, as it seems from the raws, this isn't going to change drastically in the upcoming chapters either.
When a story starts to drag and stall it's because the writer is having trouble meeting their deadlines and is rushing. She needs to take a week or two off and get ahead of the story a bit.
