    Basically Ryuu (human) ended up in a yokai brothel that trap human to feed on them with sex until the human dies of exhaustion.
    (I have multiple interpretation has to why the fox talked about the crow but not sure which one the right one...)

    Anyway since Ryuu was kind to the “vampire”, this one let him run away back to the human place where no one heard about that famous yokai inn.
    And the reason that the vampire didn’t run away with the human is, because of his short term memory, he would ended up forgetting why he saved Ryuu and will see him as a simple ordinary prey again.

    In Asian culture crows are related to death so maybe the reference of crow meant death......
