Isnt 18 considered an adult? Hes nearly done with highschool, and hes old enough to make his own decisions. I feel as though age difference does not matter when it is between two adults. Thats only my opinion tho.

He also tried to groom middle schoolers. The range of age he attacks is not well known but he did send a dick pic to a minor (15 yo). That is also illegal in south korea. I am not trying to attack you tho just saying my opinion too.
