Hope someone knows this and I remember the story:
There is this harsh guy (tsundere? delinquent?) who fells from stairs and switches Bodys with his little brother who he loves dearly. There is also a dark haired guy who seems to be interested in the younger brother, so the older brother seems to hate(?) him. But than he finds out, the black haired guy loves him and his younger brother who seems so pure is going out with guys behind his back. Now with his face...
