No, he'll woke up from his coma and he'll will hang out with bunch of friends in a park and they will have an eye contact so i guess it's happy ending
you mean we don't even see them meeting after he wakes up but just making eye contact and then the story cuts off? That's not what I'd call a stisfactory ending :T

Cuz he got several injuries with bloody fighting don't remember with whom and then ghost dude will feel sorry back to his body and boom the next is the park scen they met and have eye contact and smiled if my memory serves me right, u can find it on toonkr
