who told you that? lol you can follow the author's account in webcomics, and its a licensed app, and that means, by reading their stories webcomics are paying them, its just like webtoons.. and its for you to decide whether you'll support the artist personally on their patreon account

Half of the comics there are Chinese not originally in English and some of them finished from months in the original website the REAL authors don't even know about that app , im reading the BL manhua from webcomics ( in the original website) even before downloaded the app and the author of any BL manhua never say something about that his/her story update in some app in English. In webcomics there are translators who translating the manhua. It's just LIKE mangago

i would like to know these authors you've mentioned and their stories, but i said those things because i can see on the comments highlighted on the comics the author's note.. and as for the patreon part, not all comics in webcomics are from chinese authors and you can see in some panels of the comics the patreon account of the author.. i just told y'all what i see on webcomics, after all it said that they have license etc.etc~ so basically, im not saying that the chinese authors are sharing their patreon account but other authors with different nationality, after all everyone can contribute to webcomics.

clearly we are broke so we cant really support the artist by donating them money that's why im looking for ways to support them, i founs webcomics saying that they are licensed and stuffs, and saw peeps on my group asking us to read their own comics on webcomics that's why i believed that webcomics is a legit app like webtoons
