I think when omegas/sex is involved alphas just turn into ignoramuses that follow their primitive instinct.

Seems like we're not on the same page here. I was not talking about alpha's instict.. I was talking about when Munechika told the omega that they should wait on becoming mates without clearly explaining why he brought up that idea and thus, lead the omega into insecurity.
