Well there was a note at the bottom that said it was the end... but I'm not sure if they meant the chapter because it was so short or because it's the end of the series. Some series on here even say completed when they aren't, as well.

There're more chapters (at least up to 14).
If you ain't sure if a work is completed, you can check the first few pages of the first chapter and see if there's that part where they list down the chapters. Or you can check it on mangaupdates.
