Yeah I felt something like that might happen ... But it still not twisted enough and so predictable there something more but can't point my finger on yet.
You're not alone I'm thinking the exact same thing lol. I'm waiting for the twist, the direction the story is going is definitely making me paranoid.
My brain says that he's going to be scammed. Suddenly discovering he's in debt then giving that sad flashback is too much for my untrusting mind. I hope not though
