First he threatened Homura to spread about his relationship with Touji if he will not go on a date with him.
Second he still keeps on pursuing Homura knowing very well that he already has a lover and knowing that they love each other.
Third he used Homura's vulnerability to his advantage.
I usually sympathize with 3rd wheels but not this one.
