I love the Uke's growth as well he had been thrown into many stressful situation, from thinking your an Alpha to becoming an omega then having your virginity taken just to find out now your going to be a mom really that is too much for a female let alone a man. Not to mention having your dad be a complete ass and all of your friends giving you not so sound advice plus pretending to be an idiot so the ass of a dad doesn't exploit you. All that and he still came back to face his responsibility He may have started out bad but the make up was pretty damn good in the grand scheme of things...sorry for the long reply....

Ummm second season coming up. Maybe hye sung's growth would be the main narrative there. At least for me, I think it's good that Dojin has a lot of character growth. Because that means it will give more space for his partner to be a better person.
I mean... Couple that transfrom together stays together

Ok, well I am glad people are commenting. (▰˘◡˘▰) But have we been reading the same manga? Heysung, sweet? I didn't see the uke's growth and if there was some, it was barely noticeable. I know one thing, the seme has been getting alot of flack for getting him pregnant and if he would have been half the self centered jerk Hyesung was, or running from fatherhood, he would have been crucified or the manga gotten dropped.

The manga is not even done yet. I understand your pov if that's how it ended. But the fact that there's a 2nd season and the fact that dojin put forward hye sung's ability to be able to be more than he is right now means there's more to come. Clearly the first season of the story is more about dojin growing up to be a more responsible person. Only then things might work out after all with hye sung. To expect the growth in their relationship to comes from hye sung first is a bit unrealistic don't you think so?
I don't want to relate this story with real life. But unless you forgot, this is a teenage pregnancy. Hye Sung's abandoning his baby does not come as a surprise to me at all. I would be more surprise if he stays and decides to take the responsibility as a parent. Heck, he doesn't even know how to care for himself properly. You can't deny the fact that this is a real dilemma that's ongoing with a lot of teenagers that went through pregnancy and early parenthood. It's a real life situation but was sugarcoated a bit in the story. I am just so proud with who Dojin has become seeing Hye Sung pregnant with his child. That's not smthng you can always witness in real life.

Yeah honestly I thought he had something like postpartum depression that sometimes happens to females after giving birth and in those times some might hate their kids or abandon them all together, not to mention living life believing your Alpha and finding out not only are you Not who you thought but you are what you didn't want to be the most. How is he expected to deal when his life has been turned upside down in an instant and now he's a mom. Of course he had growth not many adults can deal with such a situation and before he can even begin his life he's already tide to another if anything I feel sorry for him the only upside is that is future husband is such a grand guy and loves him so...

Teenager or not isn't an excuse. If you want to cut him some slack for it, it is your right. I just find it hypocritical that Dojin was from the very beginning expected to be better. Most came down on him for getting the uke pregnant "against" his will yet excused Heysung for doing the same. He gets a pass because of his past and being the uke/omega. That is my main point. He was a spoiled self centered brat throughout the entire pregnancy thinking about money so postpartum doesn't apply. Second season or not Heysung was damn lucky to have Dojin, someone he doesn't deserve. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ People are entitled to their opinions so it's cool. I do believe speaking for myself, I won't stick around for the next season. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I can understand your point about his neglect that is true but I would like you to remember that the money thing was due to the bad advice of his friend and also I agree about Dojin but if he was bashed they were wrong or didn't read it properly because he got pregnant when he went into heat the first time and when he tried to again I believe it was out of love and fear of losing that love, and Dojin tried to stop him from getting pregnant the first time. As well as saving the life of his child but at the same time he made someone become a mother that never wanted to he also said that he wasn't ready. I guess I can understand both sides that's why I see growth....

I think each character has their own excuses, to be honest..
Hye Sung was excused cause he has a psychological childhood trauma plus grewing up in a diffirent environment, always hiding to keep his profile low so that he won't be found by his bastard father.. And from a low class Alpha to a recessive Omega. He is childish and immature. These circumstances made him such a cruel character.
Dojin was supposed to be the matured guy here.. And yet he ended up forcing himself to Hye Sung and impregnated him so that he won't leave. And he even bribe Hye Sung money for that. He knows Hye Sung was childish and immature so he use it to make him stay. He was excused for all of these because he took responsibility for it and because in the end he finally realized that he really love Hye Sung that's why he did that.
These two really has an unexplainable feelings for each other and yet they're just too confused and oblivious at first to realized and admit it. Hye Sung also admitted in the end that he was such a terrible person but despite that he can't explain those feelings he had for his son and Dojin, and so realizing what was it, he questioned Dojin about his feelings for him. Dojin finally confessed in a way he could easily understand. But Hye Sung being the stubborn one confesses in a roundabout way.. You can't be bond unless you had a mutual feelings. Mutual feelings means you have an agreement. Even if it was just for the time being, the point is, you have mutual feelings that's how you ended up being bonded.
And as for Hee Soo, his excused was his deep loyalty and cornern for his young master thats why he did all those crappy bullshit. That was really not helpful at all. BIGTIME.
So you see all of them has flaws and excuses. Well it's really your point of view so feel free. (=・ω・=)

Well I wouldn't call it excuses but more so viable reason for their behavior and mostly I agree with you well that is until you get to the part about Dojin raping him to get a child. He became pregnant due to his first heat and Dojin tried to prevent that and by the time he actually attempted to do so they realized they were already pregnant. I really wish people would get that fact correct because it seems to be the source of contempt for Dojin. Honestly they're both at fault for his pregnancy and Hye Sung's reaction wasn't totally crazy he wasn't ready I don't know why this also can't be understood

No no, I don't mean to say that Dojin raped him and got impregnated by it. Cause these two are completely diffirent. I already know the fact about that.
Hye sung got impregnated during his second heat, wherein it's his first night officially living with Dojin. But they just dont know it. That was the time when Dojin realize whenever Hye Sung was in heat, Hye Sung acts like he has a multiple personality.. Because he really acts like a flirt, a complete total opposite when he was in his normal behaviour. And so because their has this unexplainable feelings and attraction for each other, they always ended up doing sex. With that, readers always misunderstood it as taking advantage of Hye Sung's condition.
Hye Sung's first heat was during their first meeting.
What I mean to say is Dojin plan to impregnated him and knotted him so he won't leave anymore. But in the morning they found out that Hye Sung was already pregnant.
I already know the fact that it wasn't really a rape. No matter how you look at it, they both wanted it. And they're both at fault.
Are adorable! Dojin is such a good daddy! I would love a husband like that! He actually grew as a person and a man. That is character growth...the omega is disgusting to me. He left his child and man, then had the nerve to go screw some dude. What purpose did that serve? He ran back because of the bond. His character growth was a cop out and I dislike severely how he gets away with all the filthy shit he did. I was hoping his son wouldn't want him. Dojin was too easy and didn't even get mad at him. This sucked...
