maybe you're thinking of the manga Ouke no Monshou? It an old 70s manga with basically the same premise as this webtoon.
You're exactly right. I realized that like 10 minutes after I posted that comment. I had read both and my brain combined the two lol
Like I swear I read this before, or something very similar??? MC reappeared in Egypt in a river at one point and the Egyptians regarded her as some divine. I remember she was injured badly and when she came back to modern times they were confused about how her wounds were dressed or vice versa. It's driving me crazy a bit.
