it means the same things as following, which means you're only replying so you can get a notification when someone else replies. Not sure how it started or why ff is kind of a abbreviation for it, but i guess yeah ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Till now I guessed it means something like "I am following this question". But maybe someone can correct me!?
