Here's a crazy thought: Sangwoo's dad had a quick fling wid Bum's mom (or vice versa parent). OR: one of the mother's had help through in vitro fertilization... OR: Somehow, they share some common relative?? Just random ideas to push along your RELATED theory.
Thanks for the ideas, i think the one with Sangwoo's dad and Yoonbum's mum or perhaps... it may make more sense if it were Sangwoo's mum and Yoonbum's dad! I think it is a possibility! (⌒▽⌒)

Who else was thinking that Sangwoo and Yoonbum might have been related through their mom cause Yoonbum looks like Sangwoo's mom and even Sangwoo sees the resemblance between them.
